the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a main street and an opera house. It is a short walk to various attractions such as the tram station, the Sofitel at Heathrow, and the shopping area. 3. the central and old town, along with main restaurants, are easily accessible from the hotel. 4. the Unterstrass district is worth exploring during your stay.

The units are brand-new, good sized.

All in all, it's wonderful place that has courteous and polite staff at the reception desk.

What a real good stay, no complaint. Grand old hotel, really nice bed, good bar. Absolutely superb and delicious breakfast for coeliacs with gluten-free cereal. Easy check-in and late check-out, very efficient staff. Handy spot right by the tram station and the train station, the center and the lake, and wonderful city.

Temperature throughout the hotel very high. In the bedroom it was not possible to lower it. Installation is in winter a heating, in summer an air conditioning.

We had the disadvantage that there was a private party in the restaurant and bar. To smoke, the guests of the party had to go to a courtyard where the hotel rooms bordered on, this caused noise pollution until the middle of the night.

The location of this place is great, and early check-in is available.

The breakfast was very good.

The spare toilet paper was rather far while sitting on the toilet. the bar closed at 23.00 hours. Like in most hotels it was (too) warm inside.

The rooms here are cozy, and the breakfast spread is delicious with a variety of options like cakes, pancakes, fruit, eggs.

Excellent personnel. Great location - 5 min to the railway station, affordable supermarket and shopping. Rooms are cosy and well-maintained for a 4 star hotel. For joggers- picturesque park 2 minutes from the hotel. Superb breakfast
